What happens to the personal data you send us through this website.
No cookies, no tracking, no marketing
We only process what you type into the contact or stud service form, only to answer you, and we delete it when it is no longer needed.
1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What data we process and why
Visiting the website. This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. Our hosting provider (Hostinger) keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser type) for security and operation of the service, for a limited period.
Contact and stud service forms. When you send a form we receive the data you enter: your name, country, email address, optional phone number, the details of your bitch (registered name, registration number, pedigree, expected heat) and your message. We use this data only to answer your enquiry and, for stud applications, to assess the application and prepare a possible mating agreement. We do not use it for marketing, profiling or automated decisions.
Legal basis. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries). Where you tick the consent box, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR applies as well; you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that took place before.
3. Who receives the data
Form submissions are transmitted by the form service Web3Forms (web3forms.com), which acts as our processor: it delivers the message to our mailbox and stores a copy in its dashboard so that delivery can be verified. We delete those copies regularly. Our mailbox is provided by Google (Gmail), and the website is hosted by Hostinger.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case they rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision; details are in their respective privacy policies. We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry. If no mating follows, the data is deleted no later than 12 months after our last contact. If a mating takes place, the related records are kept for as long as breeding regulations and tax law require. Copies held by the form service are deleted regularly.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format and to withdraw any consent you have given. To exercise these rights, email blackthorn.neo@gmail.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Hungary this is the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH, naih.hu); you may instead contact the authority of the country where you live.
